6. Using my work for profile pictures or social media banners is okay as long as I am credited. 🙂

All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is 50% upfront + remaining 50% upon completion.
End-product is sent AFTER final payment is received.

Refund & Cancellation

The 50% upfront payment is non-refundable.
If the client is ultimately dissatisfied and/or wishes to cancel during the mid-work progress report, the remaining 2^nd 50% does not have to be paid. I retain the initial 50% to cover the work thus-far and materials used.
Final 50% payment is non-refundable and is paid prior to receiving end-product.

I follow the first-sale-doctrine: I can only laminate original content and officially purchased/obtained copies of material (e.g. legally bought posters). I cannot accept copyrighted material obtained without an official license and/or explicit permission, such as a random image of a character printed off of Google.

CD & DVD Burning
Service Guidelines

I only burn original content onto discs. No pirating or duplicating existing IP not created by the client nor greenlit for the client to do so. No illegal content.
